We offer free shipping on all orders over $150 in the U.S.

Shipping options in the U.S.:
Economy - $8; delivery in 2 to 4 business days via UPS/USPS
Express - $15; delivery in 1 to 3 business days via UPS

For international orders, shipping cost and delivery time are calculated at checkout.

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days.

Whether you're ordering domestically or internationally, the total displayed at checkout is inclusive of all duties and taxes. You will not be required to pay any additional fees upon delivery.

We offer tracking on all orders. If your package arrives damaged or you suspect it's lost, contact us at concierge@artlessforever.com.

We offer returns and exchanges on eligible products (details here). Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receipt and completed within 28 days. An $11 restock fee will be imposed on any items returned for a refund, and all on-sale items are eligible for exchange or store credit only.

If you refuse a package, any costs associated with returning it to us — including shipping, duties/taxes and return shipping — will be deducted from your refund.
